Application for Membership Privacy Declaration

In accordance with the Privacy Act 2020, I authorise No 3 Squadron RNZAF Association Inc to use such personal information as listed on this membership application form for the purpose of planning and promoting Association activities, communicating information to me, and any other lawful purpose relating to membership of the No 3 Squadron RNZAF Association.

I agree that my membership is conditional on acceptance by the Association Committee of my application and payment of membership fees.

I hereby give permission for my personal information listed on this form to be shared with other Association members.  I understand that this information is only to be used for Association related purposes and not for any other use.
